Man vs. Wild

How often would you see someone eating maggots from a dead animal and a live trout fresh from water? Looks like Bear Grylls, from Man vs. Wild does these all the time.

I just saw an episode of Man vs. Wild in Discovery Channel and I was amazed how far this guy would go in order to survive.
